Quick summary: CCMRI sends low-volume operational and account text messages to people who have opted in. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
1. Program description
The CCMRI™ Operational Notifications program ("the Program") is operated by TXCCMRI, LLC ("CCMRI," "we," "us"). Through the Program we send operational and account-related text (SMS) messages, such as internal alerts when a school district schedules a demo or meeting, brief one-to-one follow-ups about a scheduled demo, and other account or meeting activity. SMS is used for these operational and account notifications only; we do not use SMS to message parents, students, or teachers.
2. How you opt in
We send messages only to recipients who have consented to receive them:
- CCMRI staff and the founder opt in by configuring their own mobile numbers to receive internal operational alerts.
- School-district representatives opt in by providing verbal or written consent to receive SMS updates at the time they schedule a demo or meeting with CCMRI — by phone, by email, or when requesting a demo through this website.
We do not buy, rent, or upload third-party contact lists, and we do not message anyone who has not opted in.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is low-volume. You will generally receive messages only when there is relevant operational or account activity, such as a scheduled demo or a follow-up about it.
4. Cost / message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. CCMRI does not charge a fee to receive Program messages. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending Program messages to you. If you want to rejoin, reply START or contact us using the information below.
